Job Description
As an Application Specialist, you will be an important part of the Nordic Shared Service IT and Application team by supporting our experts in areas such as Commercial & Customer Operations, Finance & Corporate Services, Manufacturing & Quality Operations, and Supply Chain Planning & Execution. You will be a significant part of our ongoing work with the development of M3 CloudSuite, which includes tasks such as:

• Supporting users in their daily work and driving improvements

• Troubleshooting and incident management

• Managing, configuring, and further developing our business applications

• Enhancing usability and user experience in our applications

• Documenting changes in our system solutions

• Capturing business needs and translating them into clear requirements and initiatives

• With business benefit in focus, prioritizing and planning together with the business

• Providing user support and training

• Coordinating IT and change initiatives together with the business

• Participating in or leading IT-related projects

• Identifying opportunities for automation and digital tools that enhance competitiveness

• Documenting changes in our system solutions

In the role of Application Specialist, you are a key person in the application team and in contact with the business. You work broadly to support and further develop M3 CloudSuite and other business applications, together with our IT Business Partners. You are part of a group that works closely together, complements each other, and enjoys helping each other. Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree and several years of documented experience with M3, either in the role of consultant or super-user in a line function. Experience in project work within ERP and database management is advantageous. To succeed in the role, we believe you are a proactive and curious problem solver with the ability to take initiative and make things happen while being an open-minded, unpretentious team player, responsive to others' perspectives. You feel comfortable in contact with internal and external stakeholders with a drive to be part of developing both new solutions and the company. You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.
